About
Erin is currently a professor in the School of Art and Design at Western Carolina University. On top of her teaching duties, she is also the program coordinator for undergraduate BSEd and BFA degrees (approximately 50 students) and MAED/MAT degree programs (average of 6 students per year).
Erin was raised in rural Connecticut by feral squirrels. Her favorite color this year is dusty purple, and her favorite food is rice. Under the definition of “Crazy Plant Lady,” you will find her photo and life’s long work.
Her love language is berry picking.
